Hearts & Hands Outreach program was established with a number of local churches to provide spiritual, material and emotional sustenance to the unfortunate victims of violent crime so that they might more rapidly begin their lifelong recovery and start to recapture a feeling of safety, wholeness and trust in humanity. In an attempt to restore the seeds of a normal existence, the outreach provides intercessory prayer, compassionate counsel, emotional support, immediate material needs, safe house where necessary and ongoing assistance at court proceedings.
